Planning Phases
Phase 1: Planning
July 1st, 2022-September 1st, 2023
The team will be focused on curriculum, a master schedule, auditioning schedules and requirements, budgeting, hiring, marketing, acquiring partnerships, and more! This year of planning has been extremely important to enable the leadership team and board of directors to create and launch a Premiere school for our future students. We are now putting together final details for our soft opening in a few weeks!
Phase 1.5: Building
COMPLETE
We have recently partnered with The Journey Church in Fort Worth. We plan on using the existing building for a rehearsal space, office, classroom, and for Chapel. We are also building a temporary building on the property to be able to launch this fall (2023) to provide us with enough room for two large rehearsal spaces and classrooms.
Phase 2: Faculty & Staff

Phase 3: Student Auditions & Interviews
In Progress
Auditions are still OPEN and we are currently auditioning students! For information about auditions, visit our AUDITIONS page. Students will be scored on a rubric and will be notified within two weeks as to the results of the audition. There is no cost to audition. We will audition students until all 1,046 spots are filled.

Phase 4: Building Set-Up
July 2023 - August 2023

During this phase, the leadership team will purchase and acquire all of the furniture, instruments, uniforms, supplies, technology, and any other misc. items needed for the school. All conference rooms, offices, practice rooms, and all other common spaces will be moved in and ready by the beginning of July.
Phase 5: Launch!
August 5, 2023

We plan to open the school in September!
Ongoing Phase
The two activities that will be continuously ongoing are 1: PRAYER!! and 2: Fundraising. Our school will not launch without both of these activities happening among our patrons and partners! Please pray for our school, that we are able to teach and impact the lives of our young artists in such a way that allow us to launch them into the world as strong, faithful artists who are on fire for Christ and who are able to use their talents to minister to others and bring others to Christ.
